How To Learn To Get Up Early

How do you usually start your morning? Lunatic rush, eternal lack of time, work, where we come sleepy, irritated and seedy? Delaying the time for getting up to the critical moment and again being late, we convulsively invent excuses about a stuck lift or traffic jams.

Getting up earlier you can clear up your head and thoughts. Morning hours carry silence and peace, which we are usually lack of during the noisy day. This is the time of solitude, when we can read, reflect, and just take a breath.

How to learn to get up early:

* Go to sleep earlier. Stop surfing the web or watching TV in the evening. Go to bed even if you think that you don't want to sleep. Try to read, sooner or later you will change your regime and fall asleep.
* One of the most important factors of healthy sleep is a properly selected mattress. Don't forget about a comfortable pillow - its height should be chosen considering anatomical peculiarity of your body. The longer your neck and wider your shoulders are, the more high your pillow should be.
* Accustom yourself to the early rise gradually. Start with 15-20 minutes, then add 10 minutes more, gradually achieving the desirable result.
* Don't put an alarm clock near the bed. The desire to turn it off and continue sleeping is too high. Force yourself to get up just to turn an alarm clock off. And don't lie down again!
* Don't think of the necessity to get up early, especially in bed. Just leave the bedroom, wash yourself with cold water and don't yield to temptation!
* Reward yourself for your small victories. Do something pleasant in the morning. It will increase your chances for the early rise up.

Can Visualization Bring You Happiness?

So we have all heard about visualization, positive affirmation, meditation etc.. Do you believe in this? Can visualisation bring you happiness? Can it empower you, improve your health, increase your wealth and bring you your dreams? Is this just rubbish or only for people like Buddhists?

Well lets look further!
I believe happiness and fulfilment is our right and the power it involves is already within each of us right now! And I do believe that visualization can bring you happiness! It doesn't mean you have to turn into some angelic type of being or become religious in any way. We are all part of one energy, universal energy, you can call it God if you like or you could say we are all born again hippies! (hmmn) but the truth is this, deny it at your peril!

It takes most of us many, many years to realize our own powers, these days there is no time left to waste, the opportunities to learn, grow and prosper are here now and the sooner we get to grips with this the sooner we will heal our selves and our world. You see by growing and being who we truly want to be and living our lives in true happiness, we help all around us to grow as well!

Imagination or visualization is of the highest possible importance. Every great invention that we know of, every great sports man or woman and every great achiever has not only practised their performance, but mastered it through repeated visualization before it became materialized in their reality. Now you get it don't you? You know the sort of visualization I am talking about, run it through your mind in perfection, really feel how it feels to win, and know that you will! Does that sound less fluffy? Of course it does!

So now do you get that you can use this, your power, to achieve your goals?
Most of us have lived in the dark for too long and believed we are not entitled to what others may have or maybe they were born different, what rubbish! We have lived with negativity for a long time! So it will also take time to turn this all around, but with daily practise you can achieve your dreams I can promise you that! Are you ready to take that leap forward? You have nothing to lose by trying this, but very much to lose by not trying it! So quit waiting and wishing like a wall flower, get going, create and design your life!

7 Steps to Staying Positive and Sticking to Your Goals

Only listen to positive feedback, as that will bring more motivation, hence success. Similarly, any negative input will bring feelings of frustration and self- doubt. Get into the habit of even turning what you perceive as a negative situation, into a positive one, as you can find opportunities In a negative situation. Albert Einstein said "in the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity".

1) Set Goal
Always set a goal to work towards,as they create powerful visions that will keep you motivated, however short or long the journey may be. In terms of health and fitness we could be setting goals of nutrition and exercising this week? Will you weigh less tomorrow?

Keeping track of the goals that got you into a fitness program initially are important. If you have started to slip, make adjustments necessary to get back on track.

Tips to help you stay focused on your goals;

* Make an assessment of your progress since you started your fitness program, and see if your on schedule. If you are not, go back to the basics of what knowledge you gained when you begin your fitness regime.
* It is important to incorporate a food/exercise log. They act act as a barometer to help you gauge your progress, or lack of. You can then make the necessary adjustments to food or exercise accordingly to stay on track.

2) Mental Motivation
Keep your mind and soul invested In the fitness/ weight loss journey, it will help as the greatest motivators.

3) Visualization
Pictures or other things that show how we want to be, which show our destination are important. Put a picture of your goal where you can see it each day, this can be very motivating. Put them on the refrigerator,In the car, or in your office. This will remind you of the reason for the journey.

4) Make it fun!
Enjoy the journey and find an activity that you enjoy. Even people who haven't enjoyed exercise before can find ways to make it fun, a hike with friends, or an IPod with good music for a run.

5) Stay Realistic
Your workout should match your current fitness level. Some 'starters' push themselves way too hard, get strained, or injured due to doing too much too soon.

7) Get A Trainer
Having a personal trainer in your schedule and added into your planner is a great, effective way to 'force' you to workout even on your laziest days. If you pay money for a training package you are definitely going to want to train and utilize your financial investment. They will keep you strict and habitual on your routine, which will lead to consistent results. Even we you feel like quitting, and there will be those times, the trainer will be able to keep you focused on your objectives. Encouragement can boost spirits and help us to new heights!

Remember we can only get better one day at a time, one pound at a time, but the sure thing I'd that if we keep doing it we will reach our goal. Focus on each day as it comes, this will help strengthen your purpose! It's fun! Enjoy! Keep doing it!

How To Make a New Year's Resolution in 3 Easy Steps

You have probably heard of New Year's Resolutions, and chances are you either hate them or love them. What I want to help you with today is how to make a New Year's Resolution, in 3 easy to follow steps.

The first step is to identify something that you want to change. This change is your resolution. In other words, you resolve to yourself that you will make this change you have chosen. The resolution could be a habit you want to adopt, a bad habit you want to get rid of, or a change you want to make in your environment. Don't choose a change you want to make in another person, because that won't work. Another person will only change if they want to change. You can change yourself, though, and that often will spark a change in someone close to you. Once you have identified what it is that you want to change, write it down. Describe this change and how you will feel when it has been accomplished. Draw a detailed picture about what the change looks like. You can use words or pictures, it doesn't really matter.

The second step is to map out a plan of what needs to be done to bring about your resolution. What small changes do you need to make in order to get you on the right path to see your big change take place? What steps will lead you there? Break the steps down into small, bite-size pieces and list them. Leave a space along one side of your list to check them off as you complete them, and leave a space along the other side of your list for notes. You may want to adapt some of the steps as you go along, and you can jot down notes about what you have done for each step. Display this list where you can see it and be reminded of it daily. Figure out how long it will take you to do the steps you have listed and write on your calendar when each step should be accomplished.

The third step is to start taking action. All the plans in the world do not mean anything if they are not acted upon. The biggest reason that many people never follow through with their New Year's Resolutions is because they simply never take action. Work up some momentum, so that one action spurs the next action to take place. Never stop until you are done. Don't be a quitter. Be a finisher. You can do it, you were born to do it. You were born to be an accomplisher.
